METHODS OF DELIVERY

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer by sending the goods through a courier service, whereby the costs of delivery are borne by the consumer.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The consumer can pay for the goods by cash on delivery (only available for Serbia) and with card payment for supported card providers (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO). In case of ‘Pay by card’ option, order value will be reserved until it is confirmed that ordered items are actually available. NANA JEWELRY will contact the Customer to confirm available items and then account or refund the order value.

PRICES IN INTERNET STORES

The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of creating the order and have effect and validity for the next period. All prices include taxes and no further tax will be accounted to the customer. When buying items from abroad (outside Serbia), customer must check the custom rules applied in the country that we are delivering to.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery of the ordered goods, otherwise we will consider that it will be realized and on the day of the planned delivery you will be charged for the entire amount of your order. RETURN

Refunds to the customer who previously paid by cash on delivery or payment to the account, is made in part or in full. NANA JEWELRY is obliged to make a refund within the agreed time, by payment to the customer’s account. For order paid by card, NANA JEWELRY can make a refund to the same account that was used during payment.
